Arrival Guidelines

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment to allow yourself time to unwind in our relaxation room. Late arrivals will be subject to reduced treatment times.

What to Wear

Wear whatever you are comfortable with. Professional draping is performed throughout your treatment.

Minimum Age

We encourage anyone under the age of 16 to try our Junior Facial to learn about skin care while still receiving a relaxation service.

Cancellations

A deposit of $100 or the service cost will be collected at the time of booking for all cosmetic appointments which shall be applied toward services rendered. If an appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance this deposit shall be forfeited.
